The consultation she provided proved time and again that her thorough knowledge of the local market in Apex and the home construction business in Charlotte would lead me to a win. Karen was there every step of the way to help me get my home ready for the market. We reviewed comps in the area and came up with a sell price that allowed me to start my search for a new home. Karen performed methodical inspection, looked for signs of problems and gave me insight on the quality of the construction, finish, appliances, etc. She also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price I was comfortable with. In the end I sold my old home and brought a new home and still had money in the bank.

Working with Karen to purchase my first home was amazing from start to finish. She was patient with me and coached me through my nervousness and impulses. She was available and quick to respond whenever I called or texted (which was often) and she pointed out things that I would have overlooked.
